Podcast: Pitch In For Baseball aims to bring the game's gear to kids everywhere
Being able to play baseball or softball requires some equipment. Making sure that kids who want to have the bats, balls, gloves and cleats they need is the purpose behind Pitch in for Baseball, a Pennsylvania-based group donating gear to groups that need it. Over the past decade, Pitch In For Baseball has donated more than $9 million worth of equipment to 800,000 + kids in every state in the U.S. and 100 countries internationally.
Founder David Rhode sat down with Kenneth Shropshire to outline what the group does to spread baseball and softball globally.
