Adding yoga to an athlete's training routine can do more than strengthen the core. It can help with injury prevention, aid longevity and help an athlete stay focused in tense situations. Why Sport Matters with Kenneth Shropshire is joined by reporter Tyler Dare to examine the use of yoga with the modern athlete. Dare spoke with Ben Zorensky, Arizona State University women's basketball coach Charli Turner-Thorne and ASU volleyball player Peyton Grahovac about their yoga practice.
